Mercedes-Benz Elevates its Music Game with Apple Music Partnership

Summer is in full swing, which means there’s no better time to take a drive with your windows down and your music loud. Whether you’re hitting the road for a beach vacation or driving across town to the grocery store, rockin’ out to your favorite tunes is sure to lift your spirits.

Just in time for summer, Mercedes-Benz has joined forces with Apple Music to provide the ultimate music experience that’s sure to amp up those car concerts. Drivers can now access Apple Music in new Mercedes C-Class and S-Class vehicles, and the service will expand to EQS vehicles this summer. For already purchased C-Class and S-Class vehicles with the latest generation of MBUX, Apple Music integration will be available through over-the-air updates later this year.

After linking a Mercedes me account to their vehicle, Apple Music subscribers can listen to more than 75 million ad-free songs, a daily rotation of new music and an extensive selection of playlists and radio stations, including Apple Music 1 and Apple Music Hits. For a user-friendly, hands-free experience, owners can use the MBUX voice assistant to request songs, playlists and radio stations on Apple Music. It’s as easy as saying, “Hey Mercedes.”

Apple Music is the latest streaming service to team up with Mercedes-Benz, joining a lineup that already includes Spotify, Amazon Music and TIDAL, ensuring Mercedes-Benz owners have the best music-listening experience possible. So, get ready to hit the road and jam out this summer!
