Driving Change with The Wall Street Journal’s Women In Series

Mercedes-Benz is proud to be a driving force for change in the workplace by helping women rise together to bring lasting gender equality to the workplace. That’s why we are happy to support “Women In,” a new membership-based program from The Wall Street Journal that provides professional women with resources and tools to help them advance in their careers and make workplaces more equitable for women. As the Founding Partner, Mercedes-Benz has the opportunity to play a pivotal role in this community, which will inspire, connect and empower women through actionable tools, editorial content and peer-to-peer interaction.

So far, we have sponsored two events for the “Women In” series this year, and both featured two of our vice presidents as guest speakers.

In May, Nicolette Lambrechts, Vice President and Managing Director of Mercedes-Benz Vans USA, stepped onto the virtual stage to discuss the importance of women helping one another to advance and achieve. You can watch her full interview, which was part of the WSJ’s “Women, Power and Equity series,” below.

Last month, Dianna du Preez, Vice President of Customer Services for Mercedes-Benz USA, joined the “Women in Workplace Forum” to explain how she moves the business forward by cultivating people-forward leadership through active listening, trust, empathy and communication. Watch the full discussion below.

Tune in on November 22 for the next series event, “Navigating the New Normal at Work.” Register to attend here.
