EQ STAR Program Spotlights Those Who Go the Extra Mile

To highlight outstanding team members who encapsulate the People Pillar, the Southern Region developed the EQ STAR program which rewards and supports dealer associates who are embracing the EQ Brand and paving the way as our EQ Evangelists.

Whether it’s a Sales Associate who is showing above and beyond EV and EQS product knowledge or a Technician who is demonstrating repair excellence by supporting the MB Tech Hotline with diagnostic feedback and quality repairs, we want to recognize everyone who is going the extra mile.

Congrats to Brittney Jackson from Mercedes Benz of Orange Park and AJ Giha from Mercedes-Benz of Sugar Land who were recognized in March and April for their enthusiasm, extra efforts and excellence. Special shout out to everyone who made this program happen in the Southern Region, especially Jonathan Stevens who created EQ STAR.

“I developed the program after spending time with a sales associate, Brittney, from Orange Park MB,” said Jonathan Stevens, Sales Operations Manager, Southern Region. “I was really impressed by her enthusiasm around our EQS, and it made me realize we should celebrate these folks. As a brand, we need to develop a passion for EV within our dealer network.”
